A. Booking Mechanism

C. Advance Deposits
For specialized services, high-demand time slots, or premium bridal packages curated by Aayina, Aayina may require a non-refundable security deposit or full advance payment to secure the date and schedule the designated beauty professionals.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies
We understand that schedules can change. However, because our mobile salon-at-home model requires reservation of travel time and dedicated allocation of certified specialists, we enforce a strict cancellation policy to respect our professionals’ livelihoods.
A. Standard Rescheduling and Cancellation

More than 24 hours’ notice: Clients may reschedule or cancel their standard grooming or spa appointments free of charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a predetermined percentage of the service cost.
B. Premium & Bridal Services
Bridal makeup and group spa services are subject to specialized timeline terms detailed explicitly in your event service contract. Cancellations made close to the date will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
C. Client No-Show
If our professional arrives at your designated address (Faridabad, Haryana or the custom location provided during booking) and is unable to gain access to the property or contact you within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be treated as a “No-Show.” In such instances, the slot is cancelled, and the full booking amount remains payable.
4. On-Home Environment and Conduct Requirements
To ensure a luxurious, safe, and elite experience for both our clients and our technicians, we require compliance with the following spatial rules:

Adequate Space and Utilities: The client must provide a clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled, and private room with access to clean running water and functional electrical outlets for beauty appliances.

Children and Pets: For safety reasons, pets must be secured in a separate area, and young children must be supervised by an independent adult throughout the duration of the styling or sharp instrument service.

Professional Boundaries and Respect: Aayina maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate behavior, harassment, discrimination, or verbal abuse directed at our staff. Our professionals reserve the absolute right to terminate a service immediately and leave the premises if they feel unsafe or disrespected. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
5. Client Health and Safety Disclosures
It is a strict condition of service that you disclose all relevant dermatological histories, allergies, open wounds, skin sensitivities, or health conditions (such as pregnancy or back injuries) during the booking process or directly to the technician before service execution begins.
Aayina and its owner, Aayina, will not be held responsible for adverse skin reactions, cosmetic breakouts, physical discomfort, or medical issues arising from an undisclosed health condition or chemical allergy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
